The Mexico 1 Peso Banknote is part of the 1957-1970 Issues. It has colors black, green, and red. The obverse side features the Aztec calendar. Also, it shows the banknotes serial details with a single prefix and a 6-digit serial number. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows a bank seal, an angel atop MONUMENTO A LA INDEPENDENCIA (Independence Monument in Mexico City), and a bank guilloche.
