It is a blue, brown, green, and red note that bears various dates and signatures and measures 157 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features the La Cangrejera oil refinery and the portrait of Lazaro Cardenas, the 44th president of Mexico. Its reverse side features the Coyolxauhqui Main Temple and the Moon Goddess stone carving. Though the banknote does not have a watermark, it has a solid security thread.
