This 10 Mexican note is part of the Series 1CL. It is dated 16 Oct. 1974 and signed by Bank of Mexico Cashier Alfonso Romo. Its obverse side depicts the Dolores bell in the Palacio Nacional and a portrait of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the Father of Mexican Independence.
