This 10 Mexican note is part of the Series 1CL. It is dated 16 Oct. 1974 and signed by Bank of Mexico Cashier Alfonso Romo. It has green, purple, blue, and brown colors and dimensions of 157 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side depicts the Dolores bell in the Palacio Nacional and a portrait of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the Father of Mexican Independence. Its reverse side contains a purple bank guilloche, the bank seal, and a view of the Parish of Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato. The note does not have a security thread nor a watermark.
