The 100-200 Mexican peso set is composed of the two banknotes that commemorate the centennial year of the Mexican Revolution. The 100 Mexican peso is a yellow, brown, and red polymer note that is 134 mm long and 66 mm wide. The front features the train that carried the troops in 1910 on its obverse side and the soldiers in Del Porfirismo a la Revolucion, a mural by David Alfaro Siquiero, on its reverse side. The note has a watermark of a soldadera. The green and pink 200 Mexican peso banknote is vertically oriented. The paper note is 141 mm long and 66 mm wide. The obverse side depicts a portrait of Don Miguel Hidalgo standing in front of a banner painted by Jesus Enrique Emilio de la Helguera Evans. The back features the Angel of Independence in the Paseo de la Reforma of Mexico City. The security features of the note are a windowed motion security thread with printed 200 and demetalized bell, a watermark of the Angel of Independence, and an electrotype watermark of 200.
