The Mexico 100 Pesos is part of the 1969-1991 Fourth Issues. It uses colors purple, black, and red and measures 157 x 67 mm. The obverse side features Venustiano Carranza, three soldiers in Jose Clemente Orozcos painting La Trinchera (The Trench), a stylized eagle eating a snake as a registration device. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows a coyote and a mountain lion carving from the frieze of Tula, Hidalgo, a bank guilloche, the CHAC MOOL (reclining stone figure), and a bank seal. The banknote belongs to Series VK and does not have any security thread nor a watermark. It was given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
