This uncut sheet of the 2017 100 Mexican peso banknote is made up of 30 pieces that are arranged in 3x10. The 100-peso note commemorates the 100th anniversary of the enactment of the Mexican Constitution. Each note is red and yellow and measures 134 mm by 66 mm. The obverse side contains an open book in green-to-gold optically variable ink and the depiction of President Venustiano Carranza and Chairman of the Congress Luis Manuel Rojas swearing in ceremony after the Constitution Amendment. The reverse side depicts the Constituent Assembly of congressmen swearing to observe and enforce the Mexican Constitution and the Banco de Mexico seal. Other security details on the note are the green-to-gold RollingStar Cube windowed security thread and the watermark of an eagle on a cactus and electrotyped 100.
