The Mexico 100 Pesos banknote is part of the 1969-1991 Fourth Issues. It has colors purple, black, and red, and it measures 157 x 67 mm. The obverse side features Carranza, three soldiers in Jose Clemente Orozcos painting La Trinchera (The Trench), a stylized eagle eating a snake as a registration device. Its reverse side shows a coyote and a mountain lion carving from the frieze of Tula, Hidalgo, a bank guilloche, CHAC MOOL (reclining stone figure), and a bank seal. This banknote is part of the Series CU, and it does not bear a security thread nor a watermark. It was given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
