This uncirculated 100 Mexican peso note is part of the 1982 VD series. It is a purple, black, and red note that measures 157 mm x 67 mm, is dated 25 March 1982, and bears the signature of Gonzalo Garcia Rodriguez. Its obverse side features Venustiano Carranza and the three soldiers from the painting “La Trinchera” (The Trench) by Clemente Orozco. Its reverse side features a coyote and mountain lion frieze from Tula, a bank guilloche, a Chac Mool (reclining stone figure), and a bank seal. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark.
