The Mexico 100 Pesos is part of the 2017 Commemorative Issues. It has red and yellow colors, and it measures 134x66 mm. The obverse side bears an open book in green-to-gold OVI, the 37th president, Venustiano Carranza, and the chairman of the Congress, Luis Manuel Rojas, sworn in before the Constituent Assembly after amending the Constitution. On the reverse side are the congressmen swearing to observe and enforce the Mexican Constitution and a bank seal. The banknote contains a green-to-gold RollingStar Cube windowed security thread. Additionally, it features a watermark with an eagle on a cactus and an electrotype 100 design. It was given a grade of 67 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
