The Mexico 100 Pesos is part of a 30-piece uncut sheet commemorative issue released in 2017 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the enactment of the Mexican Constitution. The front side shows the President of Mexico, Venustiano Carranza and the Chairman of the Congress, Luis Manuel Rojas, are being sworn in before the Constituent Assembly after amending the Constitution. The back side bears the Congressmen as pictured, who are swearing loyalty to enforce and observe the Constitution of 1917. It measures 134 x 66 mm and is red and yellow in color.
