It has green, brown, and black colors and dimensions of 157 mm x 69 mm. Its obverse side features the Mexican poet Justo Sierra and the Historical Representation of Culture mural by Juan O Gorman found in the Central Library of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Its reverse side features the 19th-century courtyard, colonnade, and equestrian statue of Carlos IV at the University of Mexico.
