The Mexico 20,000 Peso banknote was issued by the Bank of Mexico in 1988. This banknote has a color combination of blue-black, purple, and red. On its obverse is a portrait of Mexican politician Don Andres Quintana Roo and the Tulum temple. The back of the paper bill depicts the bank guilloche, the Mural of Bonampak Mayan musicians, the Lintel of Yaxchilan Maya stone carving from Chiapas, and the bank seal. The paper bill is 157 x 67 mm in size and bears a solid security thread. This TAP authenticated banknote is in uncirculated condition and has a radar serial number that reads the same forward as backward.
