Mexico 20 Pesos Banknote, 1977, P-64d.4, UNC, Series DK

The Mexico 20 Pesos Banknote was issued by the Bank of Mexico as part of the 1977 DK Series. It has a color combination of red, black, brown, blue, and orange. Its obverse side features a sword and scabbard, a view of the Colegio de San Nicolas de Valladolid, and a portrait of Jose Maria Morelos. Its reverse side features a snake and the Piramide de Quetzalcoatl (Quetzalcoatl pyramid). Though the note does not have a security thread or a watermark, it has a stylized bow and arrow registration device. The banknote measures 157 mm x 67 mm and is signed by Alfonso Romo. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
