The Mexico 20 Pesos Banknote was issued by the Bank of Mexico in 2016 and printed on polymer. It has a color combination of blue, red, and green and is part of the Series AA. The obverse of the paper bill depicts Benito Pablo Juarez Garcia, a stylized bird in flight, balance scales, and an open book. The reverse features the bank seal, the Zapotec ruins at Monte Alban, Oaxaca, and the mask of Lightening God Cocijo. The note does not have a security thread and watermark.
