This 20 Mexican peso coin is a circulating commemorative coin issued to celebrate the 50th anniversary of “Plan Marina” (Navy Plan). Its obverse side shows the Mexican coat of arms. Its reverse side shows two crossed anchors behind an equilateral triangle, a K-9 team, a helicopter, and a logistical support vessel. The coin is bimetallic with a copper-nickel center and a brass ring. It weighs 15.945 g and has a diameter of 32 mm.
