This mint condition 20 Mexican peso coin commemorates the 700th anniversary of the Foundation of Mexico-Tenochtitlan in 2021. It has a nickel-silver center and an aluminum-bronze ring. Its obverse side contains the national emblem of Mexico in the center, the official name of Mexico in Spanish above, and a wreath of oak and laurel leaves below. Its reverse side contains a stylized eagle with a latent image and a moon in the center, the denomination below, and the phrase “700 Años de la Fundacion Lunar de la Ciudad de Mexico-Tenochtitlan”. The coin has interrupted milled edges, a dodecagonal shape, and a diameter of 30 mm. It also weighs 12.67 g.
