The Mexico 200 Pesos Banknote is part of the 2007-2008 Commemorative issues to remember the bicentennial of the countrys independence. The front side bears the map of Mexico as a registration device, the church bell in OVI, Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla with a banner-from Jesus Enrique Emilio de la Helguera Evans painting Don Miguel Hidalgo. The back side bears a stylized bright red cap (symbol of freedom), the Angel of Independence on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, and the map of Mexico along with the bank seal. This banknote is part of the 4-piece uncut sheet, is green and pink in color which measures 141 x 66 mm.
