Reviews:

The Mexico 200 Pesos Banknote from 2008 was issued to commemorate the countrys 200 years of Independence. Its obverse side features the map of Mexico as a registration device, a church bell in OVI, and a portrait of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla with a banner, from a painting of Don Miguel Hidalgo by Mexican painter Jesus Helguera. The reverse side features a stylized bright red cap as the symbol of freedom, the Angel of Independence monument in Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City, the map of Mexico, and the bank seal. The note is 141 x 66 mm in size and is equipped with a Windowed Motion security thread with printed 200 and demetalized bell, to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would show a watermark image of the Angel of Independence with electrotype 200.
