The Mexico 5 Pesos Banknote is part of the Bank of Mexico’s 1971 issues. The banknote has a color combination of black, brown, and green. The obverse portrays Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez. The reverse of the note depicts the bank seal, a yucca plant, an aqueduct, houses, and the church in Queretaro. It also shows the bank guilloche.
