The Mexico 5 Pesos Banknote is part of the 1969-1972 Issues. It belongs to the series 1AK. It has black, brown, and green colors and it measures 157 x 67 mm. The obverse side shows a stylized eagle eating a snake as a registration device, and La Corregidora, Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez. Meanwhile, on the reverse side is a bank seal, a yucca plant, an aqueduct, houses, a church in Queretaro, a stylized eagle eating a snake, and a bank guilloche.
