The Mexico 50,000 Pesos Banknote is part of the Bank of Mexico’s 1989 issues. It has hints of black, purple, and brown. Its obverse features a stylized image of a Cuauhtemoc bird glyph and Cuauhtemoc who was an Aztec emperor. The note’s reverse depicts a bank guilloche, the bank seal, an unknown object, and a Spaniard in armor fighting an Aztec in a bird costume, from the painting by Jorge Gonzalez Camarena “La Fusion de dos Culturas (Melting of Two Cultures) in Chapultepec castle. The note contains a solid security thread with printed text. It also has a watermark that reflects Cuauhtemoc. The note is 157 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Jaime Pacreu Vizcaya. This Series FB banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
