This used 500 Pesos Mexico note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Mexico. It is a brown, blue, purple, and green note that is dated 1948-1978, bears the signature of Alfonso Romo, and measures 157 x 67 mm. Its obverse side features Jose Maria Morelos. Its reverse side shows a bank seal, PALACIO DE MINERIA (Palace of Mines) in Mexico City, and bank guilloche. The note does not have a security thread or watermark and was demonetized in 1984.
