The Mexico 500 Pesos is part of the 1969-1991 Fourth Issues. It has colors green, brown, and black, and it measures 157 x 67 mm. Its obverse side features Francisco Ignacio Madero Gonzalez, a Mexican revolutionary, writer and statesman who served as the 37th president of Mexico. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows a bank guilloche, carvings on the Stone of Tizoc, an Aztec calendar stone, and a bank seal. This banknote belongs to the Series DP. It does not contain any security thread and does not use a watermark.
