Mexico 500 Pesos Banknote, 1984, P-79b.20, UNC, Series EK

The Mexico 500 Pesos Banknote was issued by the Bank of Mexico in 1984. This banknote is part of Series EH and has the colors green, brown, and black. On its obverse is a portrait of Francisco Ignacio Madiero Gonzalez. The reverse shows the bank guilloche, carvings on the stone of Tizoc, an Aztec calendar stone, and the bank seal. The note does not contain a security thread and watermark. It is 157 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Sergio Ghigliazza Garcia and Gonzalo Garcia Rodriguez. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
