This uncirculated 500 pesos Mexico note is a standard circulation banknote and is part of the Series X issued by the Bank of Mexico. It is a brown note that is dated 2012, bear the signatures of Alejandro Alegre Rabiela and Jose Julian Sidaoui Dib, and measures 148 x 66 mm. Its obverse side features a calla lily in violet-to-green OVI, Diego Rivera’s mural Desnudo con Alcatraces (Nude with Calla Lilies), three brushes, a painter’s palette, a map of Mexico as a registration device, and Diego Rivera. Its reverse side shows a bank seal, a map of Mexico, a hummingbird, Frida Kahlo, and Frida Kahlo’s painting “The Love Embrace of the Universe, the Earth, Mexico, I, Diego, and Mr. Xolotl”. Security features include a windowed motion security thread, a solid security thread, and a watermark of Diego Rivera, and electrotype 500.
