The Nepal 10 Rupees Banknote was issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank in 2005. The banknote has a color combination of green, lilac, and brown. Its obverse features King Gyanendra wearing a royal dress and a plumed crown. It also depicts the Garud Narayan of the Changu Narayan temple and the obverse of a coin. The reverse of the note displays three black bucks grazing, trees, the bank logo, and the coat of arms of Nepal. It has a simulated windowed security thread with demetallized NRB. It also has a watermark that reflects a plumed crown. The note is 133 x 70 mm in size and bears the signature of Bijaya Nath Bhattarai. This polymer banknote has been given a grade of 67 by Paper Money Guaranty.
