The Nepal 5 Rupees banknote is part of the 1985-2000 issues. It is pink, brown, and green in color and measures 120 x 70 mm. The obverse side shows King Birendra in royal dress and plumed crown, the temple of Taleju in Kathmandu, and the obverse of a coin. The reverse side features a bank logo, two yaks grazing, Mount Everest, and the coat of arms. This banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with a plumed crown design. It is graded 68 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
