This uncirculated 50 Nepalese rupee banknote is part of the series of banknotes introduced by the Nepal Rastra Bank in 1992 and signed by Hari Shankar Tripathi. It is a purple, green, and blue note that measures 142 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features King Birenda, the Rama-Janaki temple of Janakpur, and an obverse of a coin. Its reverse side depicts a male thar in the mountains, the bank logo, and the national coat of arms. Security features include a solid security thread and a plumed crown watermark.
