The Netherlands Antilles 2 1/2 Gulden Banknote was issued by the Bank of the Netherlands Antilles in 1970 with a radar serial number. The banknote has a combination of blue and olive green and bears Dutch text. Its obverse features a Douglas DC-9 jet airplane with ALM Dutch Antillean Airlines livery. The reverse depicts the denomination, the prohibition against counterfeiting, and the coat of arms. It does not contain a security thread and watermark. The banknote is 155 x 66 mm in size and is signed by F.J. Tromp. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
