This Neustadt am Ruebenberge 50 Pfennig Notgeld is part of the emergency series that was issued in 1921. The  front design depicts German markings in the center with the denomination printed on the top-front. The reverse side of the note features a colored image of the Sigmundshall Colliery. The note does not have any security threads nor watermark and measures 100 x 70 mm.
