This uncirculated 10,000 Cordobas on a 10-Cordoba banknote is a provisional banknote issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1989. It is a green, olive green, pink, purple, and orange banknote that is dated 1985, bear the signatures of Joaquin Cuadra Chamorro and Luis Enrique Figueroa Aguilar, and measures 156 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side shows the founder of the Sandinista National Liberation Front Carlos Fonseca Amador and a horizontal black 10,000 DIAZ MIEL CORDOBAS overprint. Its reverse side depicts the Sandinista Militia and a black 10,000 DIAZ MIEL CORDOBAS overprint. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Augusto Cesar Sandino.
