The Nicaragua 10 Cordobas Banknote was issued by the Banco Central de Nicaragua in 2007, printed on polymer. It has a color combination of green and light blue. Its obverse side depicts the Fortress of the Immaculate Conception on the southern bank of the San Juan River in El Castillo (Castillo Immaculada Concepcion). Its reverse side depicts the national coat of arms and an adobe farmhouse with a tiled roof on the site of the National War Battle in 1856 (Casa Hacienda San Jacinto in Managua). Security features include a simulated security thread and a window with an opaque white 10. It is 131 mm x 67 mm and is signed by Central Bank President Antenor Rosales Bolaños. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
