The Nicaragua 10 Cordobas Banknote Was issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1979 as part of Series E. It has a color combination of red, orange, yellow, and purple. The obverse features national hero Andrews Castro standing with a pile of rocks. The reverse depicts five miners wearing hard hats with shovels and a steel rod. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals Augusto Cesar Sandino. It is 156 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Alfredo Alaniz Downing, Adolfo Ubilla Montoya, and Joaquin Cuadra Chamarro. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
