The Nicaragua 2 Cordobas Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1972. It has a color combination of olive green, yellow, and orange and bears Spanish text. Its obverse features the Banco Central de Nicaragua headquarters building in Managua. The reverse depicts a cotton field (Sembradio de Algodon). The note does not have a security thread or watermark. It was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited and is 156 x 67 mm in size. It also bears the signatures of Anastacio Somoza Debayle, Rodolfo Bojorge Moreira, and Roberto Incer Barquero. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
