The Nicaragua 20,000 Cordobas on 20 Cordobas Banknote is part of the provisional issues introduced by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1987 as part of Series F. It has hints of orange, green, and purple. Its obverse side contains Spanish text, a horizontal black BCN/ 20,000/ VEINTE MIL overprint, and a portrait of Comandante German Pomares Ordoñez, the founder of the Sandinista National Liberation Front. Its reverse side depicts the Sandinista militia and a horizontal black BCN/ 20,000/ VEINTE MIL overprint. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Augusto Cesar Sandino. It is 156 mm x 67 mm in size and is signed by Joaquin Cuadra Chamorro, Luis Enrique Figueroa Aguilar, and Noel Gonzalez Lopez. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
