This uncirculated 5 Centavo de Cordoba banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1991. It is a red, yellow, light blue, and light green banknote that bear the signatures of Emilio Pereira Alegria, Francisco Mayorga, and Raul Lacayo Solorzano, and measures 120 mm x 52 mm. Its obverse side shows a portrait of Francisco Hernandez de Cordoba. Its reverse side depicts the national coat of arms and frangipani (Plumeria alba), the national flower.
