This uncirculated 5 Nicaraguan centavo banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1991. It is a red, yellow, light blue, and light green banknote that bear the signatures of Emilio Pereira, Raul Lacayo Solorzano, and Jose Felix Solis, and measures 120 mm x 52 mm. Its obverse side features a portrait of Francisco Hernandez de Cordoba. Its reverse side depicts the national coat of arms and the national flower, the frangipani (Plumeria alba). The note does not have a security thread or a watermark.
