This uncirculated 500,000 Cordobas on a 20-Cordoba banknote from Nicaragua is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua as part of the provisional series of banknotes in 1990. It is a blue, pink, olive green, and orange banknote that is dated 1985, bears the signatures of Finance Minister Joaquin Cuadra Chamorro, Bank President Luis Enrique Figueroa Aguilar, and Bank Vice President Roberto Gutierrez Huelva, and measures 156 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side shows a portrait of the founder of the Sandinista National Liberation Front Comandante German Pomares Ordoñez and a horizontal black 500,000/ QUINIENTOS MIL CORDOBAS overprint.
