Nicaragua 500,000 on 20 Cordobas Banknote, 1985 (1990 ND), P-163, UNC, Series FF

The Nicaragua 500,000 on a 1985 Nicaragua 20 Cordobas Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua in 1990 as part of Series FF. The banknote has a combination of blue, pink, olive green, and orange. Its obverse features the founder of the Sandinista National Liberation Front Commandante German Pomares Ordoñez. It also has a horizontal black 500,000 QUINIENTOS MIL CORDOBAS overprint. The reverse depicts a cotton ball and a crowd marching with machetes and a banner demanding agrarian reform. It also has a horizontal black 500,000 QUINIENTOS MIL CORDOBAS overprint. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals Augusto Cesar Sandino. It is 156 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Joaquin Cuadra Chamorro, Luis Enrique Figueroa Aguilar, and Roberto Guitierrez Huevla. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
