Nigeria 1 Pound Banknote, 1967 ND, P-8, UNC

The Nigeria 1 Pound banknote is part of the 1967 issues. It is red and brown in color and measures 153 x 83 mm. The obverse side shows the Central Bank of Nigeria building in Lagos. The reverse side features a man with a machete beating a cluster from a date palm. This banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with a lion head design.
