The Nigeria 5 Naira is part of the family of notes issued in 2011. Apart from having a fancy serial number, this 130 x 72 mm polymer banknote comes in an exceptional paper quality and is graded 64 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Its obverse bears a portrait of Prime Minister Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa and the Central Bank of Nigeria logo. The reverse features four Nkpokiti dancers with drums. The map of Nigeria and the National Emblem are also visible. Additionally, the banknotes security features consist of a CBN watermark and signatures of Benjamin Onyido and the former CBN Governor Sanusi.
