The Nigeria 5 Naira Banknote is part of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s 2022 issues printed on polymer. The mauve banknote features Prime Minister Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa and the bank logo on the obverse design. The reverse of the note depicts the map of Nigeria, four Nkpokiti dancers with drums, and the coat of arms of the country. The note does not have a security thread but contains a watermark that reveals the bank initials CBN. It is 130 x 72 mm in size and bear the signatures of Godwin Emefiele and Ahmed Bello Umar. This particular paper bill has a radar serial number and is in uncirculated condition. Additionally, the note has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
