This uncirculated 50 Nigerian kobo banknote is a standard circulation banknote that is part of the series of notes issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria from 1973 to 1978 and bears the signature of Bank Governor Alhaji Abdulkadir Ahmed. It is a blue, purple, and brown banknote that measures 127 mm x 73 mm. Its obverse side shows the Central Bank of Nigeria building in Lagos. Its reverse side depicts a log raft on a river and two men cutting a log with a chainsaw. Security features include a solid security thread and an eagle watermark. The note was withdrawn in 1991.
