This uncirculated 50 Nigerian naira note is a standard circulation note that is dated 2001 and signed by Central Bank Governor Joseph Oladele Sanusi and Director of Currency Operations Alhaji Muhammad Abubakar Sadiq. It is a purple and violet note that measures 151 mm x 78 mm. Its obverse side shows three men and a woman and a map of Nigeria. Its reverse side depicts two workers picking tea leaves and a boy digging for cassava. Security features include an eagle registration device, a windowed security thread with a demetalized CBN, and an eagle watermark.
