The Northern Ireland 10 Pound banknote 2012 is part of the 2007-2017 series. The obverse side of the note depicts Queen Elizabeth II Bridge over the River Lagan in Belfast along with basalt columns in Giants Causeway, haystacks in the field, Antrim, flowers, and the Mourne Mountains. The reverse side features the Munster coat of arms with three crowns, the Ulster coat of arms with the emblem of the de Burgh, Earls of Ulster, and red hand seal of the ONeills, the Ulster Bank coat of arms with the chained dogs and shield, the Leinster harp coat of arms, and the Connacht coat of arms with an eagle hand with a sword. The note is equipped with a solid security thread with demetalized ULSTER BANK to enhance its security features. An ULSTER BANK LIMITED pattern watermark is also made visible under a UV light. The note is 142 x 75 mm.
