Oman 1/4 Rial Banknote, 1977 ND, P-15a, UNC, TAP Authenticated

The Oman 1/4 Rial banknote is part of the 1977 ND issues. It is blue and brown in color measures 129 x 68 mm. The obverse side shows the Omani national emblem Khanjar Bo Sayfaina badge featuring a sheathed khanjar that is superimposed upon two crossed swords, the Central Bank of Oman, and the denomination in Arabic. The reverse side features the Al Jalali Fort in the harbor of Old Muscat, the Central Bank of Oman, and the denomination in English. This TAP 60-70 Authenticated banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with an Omani coat of arms design.
