Reviews:

The Omani rial banknote is part of the first series of banknotes that the Central Bank of Oman issued in 1976. It was demonetized in 2019. The blue and brown note measures 129 x 68 mm. The obverse has the Omani national emblem Khanjar Bo Sayfaina badge featuring a sheathed khanjar that is superimposed upon two crossed swords, and the Central Bank of Oman and the denomination in Arabic . The reverse features the Al Jalali Fort in the harbor of Old Muscat and the Central Bank of Oman and the denomination in English. The security features of the note are a solid security thread and a watermark of the Omani national emblem.
