The Oman 1 Rial Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Oman in 2020 or 1441 in the Hijri calendar. Its obverse side showcases Oman Across the Ages Museum in Nizwa and the national emblem. Its reverse side depicts the Khasab Castle, the Wadi Ain Cemetery, and the Omani khanjar and hatchet. Security details include a windowed security thread with demetalized 1 and Arabic text, and a watermark that reveals the coat of arms. It bears the signature of Sultan Haithan bin Tarik and is 144 mm x 76 mm in size. It is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
