Reviews:

The Oman 20 Rials were issued in 2010 to commemorate the 40th National Day and the Sultans birthday. The obverse of the banknote features Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the sultan who forcibly removed the restrictive rule of his father. It also shows the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Bausher as well as the National Emblem which consists of a khanjar or dagger and crossed swords. Other notable designs on the front are the main entrance of the Central Bank of Oman headquarters, a green SPARK feature, and a crown as a registration device. The reverse of the banknote also bears the National Emblem and a crown. It also displays the Royal Opera House building in Muscat. Furthermore, the Oman 20 Rials has a varifeye thread and windowed security thread that has a demetallized 20 RIALS. Completing its security features are watermarks of Sultan and electrotype 20. Graded PM 65 by the Paper Money Guaranty, the bill is 167 x 76 mm in dimension and is signed by bin Said.
