Papua New Guinea 10 Kina Banknote, 1985-1987 ND, P-7, UNC, TAP Authenticated

The Papua New Guinea 10 Kina banknote is part of the 1985-1987 issues of the Bank of Papua New Guinea. The obverse side shows the coat of arms with the bird of paradise perched on a Kundu drum and a ceremonial spear. The reverse side features a tami bowl, a bird of paradise skin, a Tambu shell money from New Britain, boar tusks from the Highlands, and tapa cloth patterns. This banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with a bank logo design. The blue banknote measures 150 x 75 mm and is signed by Mekerke Morauta and Henry ToRobert. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
